AI x Docs provides capabilities related to document processing, AI-assisted question answering, summaries, search, account services, and related features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to use the service and must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities that occur under your account. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload, submit, or process illegal, infringing, confidential without authorization, harmful, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized content.
• Do not interfere with, attack, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, overload, scrape, or misuse the service, its models, or related systems except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, bypasses security or usage limits, or enables harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Your Content and Permissions

You are responsible for the content, prompts, files, and other materials you upload, submit, or generate through the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to provide and use such content. To operate the service, you grant us and our service providers a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, and analyze that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, subject to applicable law and our privacy policy.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. Output is provided for reference only and must not be treated as the sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, compliance, safety, employment, education, insurance, or other important matters.

6. User Review, Verification, and Risk Allocation

You must independently review and verify the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, security, and practical suitability of any generated or processed result before relying on it, sharing it, publishing it, or using it in any real-world scenario. If a result may affect rights, obligations, health, safety, finances, reputation, compliance, or other material interests, you must use human review and obtain professional advice where appropriate. You assume the risk of relying on output without adequate verification.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Billing

If any paid plans, subscriptions, tokens, or in-app purchases are offered, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges, taxes, renewals, or deductions described at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing, packaging, or feature scope prospectively with reasonable notice where required.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Service Changes
